The Department of Health - Health Professional Licensing Administration offers renewals online.

The Online Renewal and Physician Profile processes require the use of Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.

• The current Licenses for RNs expire on June 30, 2008. Renewal begins on April 1, 2008.
• The current Licenses for LPNs expire on June 30, 2009. Renewal begins on April 1, 2009.

ATTENTION ALL APPLICANTS FOR A LICENSE, CERTIFICATE, OR REGISTRATION: "The term of a license, certificate, or registration issued or renewed . . .shall be two (2) years or for the balance of the license period, whichever is shorter." Title 17 Chapter 40 § 4006.1

To request your license to be placed on Paid Inactive status, you must complete a paper renewal*.
