Peterson, Larry J.* (7/25/2008) Failed to conform to standards of acceptable conduct and prevailing practice within a health profession. Demonstrated a willful or careless disregard for the health, welfare or safety of patient; willfully performed, offered, or attempted to perform service beyond the scope of those authorized by license in violation of DC Official Code; finally prescribed, dispensed, or administered drugs when not authorized to do so. License was placed on probation for a period of ten (10) years.

Beck, Mark L.* (3/28/2008) Due to licensee’s need for ongoing treatment and monitoring of his drug impairment issues, and due to the fact that the underlying issue of licensee’s criminal conviction and drug use are matters of public record. License was placed on probation for a period of ten (10) years.
